- Booking Appointments

- Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund of the prepayment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the 21% prepayment as a cancellation fee.
- Rebooking Policy
